How to build your own multi-channel streaming network as an independent creator

Updated October 2026

On Plink you can build exactly that, free: your profile is the network, you make as many channels as you want (say a comedy channel with three shows, a horror channel with two and a sci-fi channel with one), every show gets its own poster, seasons and episodes, and you keep every right to all of it. Paid white-label tools such as Viloud, Strimm or Uscreen are the other route: they give you your own domain, branded apps and 24/7 scheduled linear channels, but you bring every viewer yourself. Plink trades the custom domain for a built-in audience and free competitions that put your work in front of new viewers.

Setting it up on Plink

  1. Name the networkYour profile name and handle are the network. Pick something you would put on a poster.
  2. Make one channel per laneComedy, horror, sci-fi. Name each for the kind of work, not for a single show, so new shows have a home.
  3. Add the showsEach show goes on the channel that fits it, with a poster and a one-line logline.
  4. Upload seasons and episodesNumber them so viewers can watch in order. Older work counts: it makes the network look established from day one.
  5. Credit everyoneEach credited person gets a page with the film on it and will share it.
  6. Enter one episode in a competitionOptional, free, and the fastest way for strangers to find the rest of the network.
